In honor of Reformation Day, here is ‘A Simple Way to Pray’ by Martin Luther, who talks about in less than a dozen modern-pages how to pray through the Ten Commandments and Apostles’ Creed.
Of course, this was eighteen years later, in 1535, but conceptually I felt it still connected. This is the piety the Reformation of the church seeks to inspire.
